Shockers Johnston and Centennial Gordon Suspended for Fight Friday, June 3rd , 2050 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Surprise-Fort Knox contest at Shockers Field. The Shockers Justin Johnston and the Centennial Jerry Gordon will have to sit out 4 and 6 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. This season Johnston has hit at a .223 clip with 9 RBIs, 2 home runs and 9 runs scored. He has played in 26 games. This year Gordon has compiled a 1-1 record with a 4.01 ERA in 6 starts. |
