Macías Gone for Season in Ballard Wednesday, August 12th , 2054 The season is ending on a bad note for César Macías, reliever for the Ballard Beavers. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Macías was hurt against the Bethlehem Angel Kitties while throwing a pitch. He suffered radial nerve compression and will be out for at least 5-6 months. This season Macías has made 36 relief appearances and saved 21 games. His record is 2-8 with 47 strikeouts in 37.2 innings with a 3.35 ERA. |
