Ruckus Reaps 4-Game Suspensions Saturday, August 11th , 2063 Bompton's Yi-lin Li and Maine's Abruri Njoka have been handed 4-game suspensions for their parts in yesterday's upheaval at Sea Dogs Park. The teams were notified today that the suspensions would go into effect immediately. According to the league commissioner Li and Njoka provoked and incited the brawl and bore the blame for what transpired. Batting .174 to date, Li has 5 home runs and 9 RBIs. Njoka has made 0 starts, tossed 21.1 innings, struck out 19 batters and walked 5. His record is 1-0 with a 2.95 ERA and he has limited other teams to a .217 batting average. |
