Miller Slams 3 Homers for Octopi Sunday, August 24th , 2059 In a powerful performance that left the fans at The Target buzzing, Ogallala Octopi catcher Mark Miller blasted a trio of home runs en route to a win, 8-4, over the Beaumont Crossbeaus. "Everything was clicking," Miller told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them." Miller shined brilliantly in the win, with 3 hits in 5 at-bats, 5 RBIs and 3 runs scored. "It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Octopi manager Félix Cruz said. "Mark played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game."
