Davis July's Best Bat Choice Tuesday, August 1st , 2062 When Paul Davis stepped up to the plate in July he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the USSL Low A Batter of the Month award. The young Memphis third baseman posted a .366 batting average with 6 home runs, 12 RBIs and scored 23 runs. Davis also worked pitchers for 20 walks to post a .495 on-base percentage. For the year, Davis is batting .342 with 11 home runs, 33 RBIs and 44 runs scored. |
