Torres Named Top Reliever for SA- Thursday, September 20th , 2063 At the young age of only 20, Ángelo Torres has been named the USSL Low A Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2063. The future appears bright for the Surprise Shockers relief ace, who captured the award with 7 saves in 29 relief appearances, 26 strikeouts in 30.1 innings and a record of 5-1 to go with his 0.59 ERA. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Pete Godwin of the Hicksville Hounds finished second in voting, while George Paddock of the Bompton Baby Lakers finished third.
