MacFadden Named Top Reliever for SA-
Thursday, September 22nd , 2061
At the age of 21, Jeff MacFadden says he still has a lot to learn about life in USSL Low A.
But he certainly seems to be a quick study, as the Amarillo Warheads reliever was better than all others this year and has captured the 2061 USSL Low A Reliever of the Year Award.
"I hope to win this a few more times before all is said and done in my career," the Helena Valley Northeast, Montana native said.
For the season, MacFadden had 4 saves in 27 relief appearances, which totaled 43. He fanned 36 betters, while walking 8 and put up a record of 3-2 to go with his 1.47 ERA.
He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Kyle Warren of the Amarillo Warheads finished second in voting, while Gerald Delgado of the Amarillo Warheads finished third.
