Hamilton and Guzmán Suspended, Out 3 Games Thursday, May 18th , 2062 Maine and Ladue were informed today by the league's commissioner that two of their players have been given 3-game suspensions, citing their "inappropriate actions" in the recent altercation in a game played at Sea Dogs Park. For their parts in the bench-clearing episode, the Sea Dogs Artie Hamilton and the Rams Javier Guzmán will be sitting on the sidelines and will not be permitted to participate in games until the suspensions are served. For the season, Hamilton is batting .341 with 15 hits and 2 home runs. He has scored 7 times and batted in 8. |
