Snowpeople Bravenboer Gone for Year Thursday, June 25th , 2054 Virgil Bravenboer will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Ellesmere Island starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Bravenboer was injured while throwing a pitch in the Snowpeople-Otters clash at Ballpark of Hughesville recently. Doctors said he has a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be out a minimum of 10 months. This year Bravenboer has a 0-5 record with a 5.87 ERA. |
