3A- Star of the Week Chosen Monday, July 16th , 2063 Vladimir Pushkin is respected by most Long Island Ducks fans for his no-frills style of play. The 21-year-old center fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the M3L Low A Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .433 average (13-for-30) with 4 home runs, 11 RBIs and 7 runs scored. Pushkin currently has a .295 batting average with 46 hits, 9 homers, 27 RBIs, 23 runs scored and a .329 OBP. |
