Year Over for Harbor Whales Williams Tuesday, August 21st , 2057 The season is ending on a bad note for James Williams, starting pitcher for the Greenport Harbor Whales. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Williams was hurt against the North Ft. Myers Gators while throwing a pitch. He suffered a fractured elbow and will be out for at least 8 months. Looking at his season stats, Williams has won 5 and lost 6, collecting 40 strikeouts and 31 walks in 42.2 innings with a 6.12 ERA. |
