Cotichini Holds Otters Scoreless Sunday, August 23rd , 2054 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Tulsa Otters as starter Giustino Cotichini shut out the Tulsa Otters 2-0 at Ballpark of Hughesville. The Bompton pitcher struck out 9 and walked 1 while allowing 8 hits. "Cotichini was good but he wasn't flawless," Tulsa manager Ben Cooper said later. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Bompton, but this is on us." This year Cotichini has 9 wins and 5 losses and a 2.41 ERA.
