Henderson and Stenissen Fight, Get Suspended Saturday, August 19th , 2062 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Ballard-Moose Jaw contest at Foresters Stadium. The Beavers Allan Henderson and the Canucks Arjen Stenissen will have to sit out 5 and 3 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. At present, Henderson is batting .223 and has collected 3 home runs, 7 RBIs, .316 OBP and scored 12 runs. He has made 25 relief appearances this year with 2 saves. Stenissen has achieved a 2-1 record while holding opposing hitters to a .291 batting average and posting a 5.25 ERA. He has tossed 24 innings, given up 30 base hits, fanned 24 and issued 14 walks. |
