3A- Hands Out Reliever of the Year Award Thursday, September 24th , 2054 He may only be 21, but Eugene Brewer of the Moose Jaw Canucks has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the M3L Low A. The reliever was today named the 3A- Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2054. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 4 saves in 32 relief appearances and 69 strikeouts in 56.2 innings. He had a record of 1-1 to go with his 1.59 ERA. He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Bill Fearns of the Moose Jaw Canucks finished second in voting, while David O'Halloran of the Tulsa Otters finished third.
