3A- Selects Top Manager, Beavers Potts Wins Wednesday, September 25th , 2058 Club officials have reported seeing Giddy Potts at the ballpark as early as 7 am. His dedication, coupled with a shrewd management style and a knack for knowing "who's hot and who's not" earned Potts the M3L Low A Manager of the Year Award for 2058. "I guess you could say I pushed all the right buttons at the right time for the Beavers to have the season we did. But keep in mind, too, that I also had a group of dedicated ballplayers who played their hearts out. I thank them for winning this award for me." There was much joy in Ballard this season. Their beloved Beavers took first place in the Menard's Low A, rounding out the year with a 70-26 record. |
