PMSL Presents Batter of Month Trophy to Rivera Wednesday, June 1st , 2061 Fernando Rivera put together a good May to earn the USPL Mexican Summer League Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to MSL Northern Virginia officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Rainbow Mermaids center fielder posted a .400 batting average with 4 home runs, 17 RBIs and 13 runs scored. |
