Season-Ending Injury for Gavin Hawksworth Wednesday, July 29th , 2054 Gavin Hawksworth will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the MSL Athletic Club KC starting pitcher could miss the remainder of the year. Hawksworth was injured while throwing a pitch in the U-18-84s clash at MSL Greenville Ballpark recently. Doctors said he has a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be out a minimum of 11 months. Hawksworth has gone 5-4 this season with an ERA of 3.58 and 52 strikeouts in 73 innings pitched. Other clubs are hitting .246 against him. |
