USPL Mexican Summer League Picks Top Player Monday, July 11th , 2061 The Player of the Week has been announced by the USPL Mexican Summer League. The award went to William Kirby, center fielder of the MSL New Orleans Voodoo. He dominated league pitchers with a .462 average to win the honor. Kirby went 6-for-13 for the week, totaled 2 home runs with 8 RBIs and scored 3 times. This season, Kirby is batting .293 with 17 RBIs, 16 runs scored and 5 home runs. |
