USPL Mexican Summer League Names Top Player Monday, July 16th , 2063 When it came to hitting the baseball, Toyoharu Baba had few peers in the USPL Mexican Summer League this past week. The talented center fielder for MSL Pittsburgh tagged opposing pitchers for a .800 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 8 hits in 10 at-bats, 1 homers, 4 runs scored and 4 RBIs. So far this season, Baba is hitting .284 with 4 home runs. |
