Hitting Streak Still Alive for Ramos Thursday, July 21st , 2061 Gabriel Ramos's consecutive-game hitting streak has now climbed to 20 games. The MSL Hollywood right fielder smacked 1 hit against the MSL Baltimore Bullets in today's game at MSL Baltimore Ballpark, but he expressed mixed emotions about the streak after watching the Shredders drop the game, 7-1. "I feel good about the streak, but don't feel good when we lose," he told reporters. "I'd love to get a hit as well as a win next time so I can celebrate properly." Gabriel Ramos flied out in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, singled in the 6th and flied out in the 9th. This year, Ramos has hit at a .353 clip with 42 hits, 7 home runs, 21 RBIs and 18 runs scored. |
