League Punishes Pair for Fighting Sunday, September 1st , 2058 Martín Rodríguez of the MSL New Orleans Voodoo and Harm Blankendal of the MSL Ft. Worth Cattlemen will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 2 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Voodoo-Cattlemen game at MSL New Orleans Ballpark. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Rodríguez and Blankendal will begin serving them soon. So far this year, Rodríguez is batting .172 with 3 home runs and 9 RBIs. This year, Blankendal has a 2-0 record with a 3.89 ERA. |
