Best Hurler Award Presented by PMSL Monday, September 17th , 2063 Michael Leonard finished off a fine season by taking home the USPL Mexican Summer League Pitcher of the Year Award today. The MSL Philadelphia hurler went 10-3 on the year, posting a 1.54 ERA. Leonard also tallied 75 strikeouts in 117 innings and allowed opposing batters to hit only .190 against him. He received 10 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Carlos González of the MSL Northern Virginia Rainbow Mermaids finished second in voting, while Take Markus of the MSL Seattle Rocketeers finished third.
