Wright Collects SMSL Pitching Award Thursday, September 1st , 2061 The Pitcher of the Month has been picked and the USSL Mexican Summer League trophy went to MSL Memphis hurler Anthony Wright for his strong performance in August. During the month, Wright was impressive with a 0.39 ERA and 3 wins and no losses. In 23.1 innings he struck out 24 and gave up 13 hits and 1 walks.
