Big Bat Pays Off, Cruz Player of the Week Monday, September 3rd , 2063 All week long Manny Cruz was the toughest out in the USSL Mexican Summer League and that is the prime reason he was voted the Player of the Week. The MSL Vancouver catcher rapped out 6 hits in 8 at-bats for a .750 batting average, drove in 2 runs and scored 2 times. Currently Cruz is batting .298 with 8 home runs and 19 RBIs. |
