Lamb Selected Player of the Week Monday, August 2nd , 2060 The USSL Mexican Summer League presented its Player of the Week Award to MSL Montana Pandas first baseman Jim Lamb. "His numbers speak for themselves," a club publicist said. "He's been really seeing the ball well." Indeed, Lamb has. Last week he went 5 for 11, batted .455 with 2 home runs and 4 RBIs. This year, Lamb has collected a .285 batting average to date with 37 hits in 130 at-bats, 26 RBIs, 7 home runs and scored 22 times. He has played in 36 games. |
