SMSL Announces Player of the Week Monday, August 21st , 2062 The USSL Mexican Summer League made it official today: Carl Rønningen is the Player of the Week. He really sparkled on the diamond this week with a .667 average to take home the trophy. The MSL Mexico City shortstop went 6-for-9, drove in 6 runs, scored 3 times and hit 3 home runs. This season, Rønningen is batting .314 with 32 hits, 7 home runs, 20 RBIs, 16 walks, .415 OBP and has scored 18 runs. He has played in 27 games. |
