MSL Panama City Blanks MSL Detroit, Hewlett Winner Friday, September 3rd , 2060 In an outstanding mound performance, MSL Panama City Piranhas starter Bill Hewlett fired a complete-game shutout against the MSL Detroit Elite at MSL Detroit Ballpark. Hewlett was the key to the 12-0 MSL Panama City win. The 18-year-old right-hander was in high spirits for much of the game, his mood largely unfazed by the 3 hits and no walks he allowed. "3 hits?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter, as long as it was a shutout." On the year, Hewlett has recorded no saves with a 3-1 record over 58 innings.
