Ibáñez Red-Hot, SMSL Player of the Week Monday, May 21st , 2063 When it came to hitting the baseball, Arturo Ibáñez was in a class by himself in the USSL Mexican Summer League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding right fielder for MSL Memphis tagged opposing pitchers for a .636 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 7 hits in 11 at-bats, 2 homers, 2 runs scored and 6 RBIs. |
