Leroy Zwijnenburg Out for Season Monday, May 8th , 2062 The doctors have spoken and Leroy Zwijnenburg of the MSL Montana Pandas didn't like what he heard. The 17-year-old left fielder is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Zwijnenburg sustained his season-ending injury during the MSL Las Vegas Flamingos game yesterday at MSL Montana Ballpark. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while being hit by a pitch. Today the MSL Montana medical staff reported Zwijnenburg had a broken bone in the elbow and would be absent from the lineup for at least 5 months. |
