Montoya Wins 3MSL Player of the Week Prize Monday, July 9th , 2063 Pitchers who faced the MSL Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC last week were happy to see Julián Montoya in the rear-view mirror. The 18-year-old right fielder was dubbed the M3L Mexican Summer League Player of the Week for a 3-game tear that saw him hit at a .533 clip. For the week he also chalked up 8 hits in 15 at-bats, 4 home runs, 8 RBIs and 9 runs scored. Montoya is batting .378 with 7 home runs and 27 RBIs this season. |
