3MSL Announces July's Best Starter Monday, August 1st , 2061 The M3L Mexican Summer League scribes have announced July's Pitcher of the Month and have given the award to Rafael García of MSL St. Louis. He was one tough cookie on the mound last month with a fine 3-1 mark to prove it. The MSL St. Louis star made 4 starts with a 2.13 ERA and surrendered 16 hits in 25.1 innings. He struck out 12 and walked 7. This year, García has gone 6-4 with an ERA of 3.34 and has 36 strikeouts in 62 innings. |
