3MSL Awards Player of the Week Trophy Monday, August 22nd , 2061 Félix Mireles is respected by most MSL St. Louis Coeur fans for his no-frills style of play. The 18-year-old left fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the M3L Mexican Summer League Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .455 average (5-for-11) with 4 home runs, 9 RBIs and 6 runs scored. This year, Mireles has collected a .291 batting average to date with 41 hits in 141 at-bats, 28 RBIs, 15 home runs and scored 29 times. He has played in 35 games. |
