Star of the Week Picked in 3MSL Monday, August 29th , 2061 It was an extraordinary week for Tony García of the MSL Long Island Lighthouse. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .583, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the M3L Mexican Summer League. Last week García went 7-for-12, racked up 2 home runs and 11 RBIs and scored 4 runs. It was a heck of a week for the MSL Long Island left fielder. For the year, García is hitting .248 with 8 home runs. His stats include 24 RBI and 17 runs scored. |
