Super Season, Donaldson Wins Most Valuable Player Award
Monday, September 18th , 2062
At the age of 19, Hilton Donaldson of the MSL Charleston Battery could very well have his best years ahead of him.

It's a startling thought when you consider the year he had in 2062 was good enough to win the left fielder the M3L Mexican Summer League Most Valuable Player Award.

"See the ball, hit the ball," he said. "That's my basic approach."

The top hitter put up a .382 batting average this year, as well as a .566 on-base percentage. He played 48 games and racked up 58 hits, 11 doubles, no triples, 12 home runs, 29 RBIs and 46 runs scored.

He received 9 first place votes out of a possible 12. Dametrius Crownover of the MSL D.C. Divided finished second in voting with 3 first place votes, while Hoshi Kondo of the MSL Buckhead Bowties finished third.
