González Gets Award for Relief Work Wednesday, September 15th , 2060 Jorge González said he thinks hitters often underestimate him, as he's only 18 years old. But he'll certainly be getting a lot more respect now, as the MSL St. Louis Coeur rising star has won the M3L Mexican Summer League Reliever of the Year Award for 2060. He captured the award on the strength of his 1.80 ERA over 45 innings. He also had 4 saves in 14 relief appearances, 37 strikeouts and only 19 walks. He received 12 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Seung Pak of the MSL Charleston Battery finished second in voting, while Kwang-sub Park of the MSL Colorado Billy Goats finished third.
