The D.C. Divided had to overcome a good performance from Long Island pitcher Ken Harding to claim a 1-0 win at The Lighthouse. Harding went 8 innings and allowed no runs. Jeremy Robinson picked up the win, improving his season record to 1-0. He struck out 2 in 8 innings. David Guzmán earned the save for D.C., his 1st of the year.

D.C. used the timely hitting of Max King to seize the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Divided on top, 1-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"We need to string a few more wins like this one together," said King.

The win takes D.C. to 2-3.
