The Hamilton Thunderbirds cut down the Florida Men by the score of 5-4, with the largest share of the credit going to right fielder Brad Reid. Reid went 2-2 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for the Thunderbirds. Picking up the save was 21-year old right-handed pitcher Dillon Khassanov. The loss drops Florida to 2-1.

Reid made an early impact for Hamilton when he stroked his 2nd home run of the season. The solo home run, which came in the bottom of the third, put the Thunderbirds on top, 5-0.

"Every time I go up there, I try and hit a ball hard," said Reid.
