The Pawnee ParksNRec picked up a win at Whips Ballpark, knocking off the Sunset District Fog, 2-1. On the mound for Pawnee was left-hander Gerald Porter. He played a key role in the triumph. Brad Hickton closed out the game, earning his 3rd save. The defeat makes Sunset District 2-5.

Vince Taylor helped out the Pawnee cause in the bottom of the fifth inning with a run-scoring sacrifice fly. For the game, the second baseman was 1 for 3 with a triple.
