Eager fans turned out for a matchup between the Sunset District Fog and Port Huron Blitzkrieg.

Port Huron had no answer for Sunset District Fog starter Nelson Otero, who flummoxed Blitzkrieg hitters as the Fog cruised to victory, 6-1. In 6 innings, Otero surrendered 3 hits, while striking out 6 and walking 5. He allowed 1 run.

With two out in the top of the second, Peyton Nelson hit a go-ahead, 2-run home run. It was his 2nd home run of the season and with it the Fog took a 2-0 lead.

"I thought we played a nice game," Otero told the Sunset District Times. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."

The win puts Sunset District at 4-5.
