Port Royal and Plymouth duked it out and the Disaster came out victorious.

Alvin Buchanan never let the Rocks get in a groove. The right-hander used his bread and butter, his fastball, to pitch the Disaster to a win, 4-1. The Rocks, at 3-9, have stumbled out of the gate.

Craig Curtis had a direct impact on the outcome. Curtis contributed a run-scoring walk in the top of the fifth inning to put Port Royal up, 2-0.

"Trying isn't good enough in this league," said Curtis. "You've got to get results."
