Hudson Bay starter Buff A. Lowe pitched well against the Sunset District Fog at Fog Park. The right-hander led his team to a win, 5-3. The win gives Hudson Bay a record of 7-9.
Chris Ledesma dealt the Fog a blow in the top of the eighth. Batting with runners on 2nd and 3rd and Hudson Bay leading 3-0, Ledesma hit a 0-1 changeup for a 2-run single.
Ledesma told a Hudson Bay Citizen reporter that he was "gratified" with the win.
