Dogfish Head Lose By a Run at Hudson Bay
Mark Hall was locked in. The right-hander led the Hudson Bay Redwoods to a 5-4 win against the Milton Dogfish Head at Redwood Field. Hall yielded 4 runs over 8.2 innings to notch the win. He scattered 7 hits, walked 1, and struck out 2. His record improves to 3-0. Milton, with the loss, is still a stout 12-4.

Mark MacGrewar had a big run-scoring double for the Redwoods in the bottom of the fifth inning. With Hudson Bay leading 4-3 and a runner on 2nd, he got a changeup from 27-year old right-handed pitcher Junior Smith and swatted a double to left. It was his 3rd double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Redwoods ahead, 5-3.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said MacGrewar.
