Ft. Myers used the timely hitting of Brent Durand to seize the win. The right fielder stroked a 2-run single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Marlins on top, 2-0. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"Our pitching was the difference tonight," Durand said.
