Port Royal designated hitter Juan Pacheco contributed significantly to his team's 1-0 win over the Nashville Hot Chickens. Pacheco, who is tied for 4th in the 3AAA in triples with 1, went 1 for 4 with no runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Disaster. The win belonged to Edward Brown in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Bong-ok Nae took the loss for Nashville. The 11th-place Disaster own a record of 9-19.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. With the game scoreless in the bottom of the ninth, an error by the Hot Chickens allowed the Disaster to score the winning run.

"We're just going to try to build off this win," said Pacheco.
