Ballpark of Port Royal was the site for M3L Triple A action featuring the Port Royal Disaster and Florida Men.

Starting pitcher Joe Sheffield pitched well enough to help the Florida Men beat the Port Royal Disaster, 7-6. Florida pitcher Victor Brown earned the win, hiking his record to 3-0. Pepe Aguilar suffered the loss.

Cristo González came through with a big-time hit for Florida. The third baseman smacked a 3-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 6-5. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"Joe was throwing strikes, locating well," said Florida manager Caetano Alfena.

The Men now have a record of 25-14 with the win over Port Royal.
