The Vermont Lake Monsters got a stellar performance from pitcher Benny Thompson, who handcuffed the Hialeah offense en route to a win, 4-0, at Dodos Ballpark. Vermont reliever Benny Thompson picked up the win, while Connor Drake took the loss for Hialeah. Vermont has run its win streak to 5 consecutive.
