Cruz Plays Big Role in Syracuse Win
|
Syracuse got a first-rate effort from pitcher Gilberto Cruz, who frustrated Sacramento hitters en route to a 1-0 Starks triumph at Sacramento Sanitation Station. Mario Méndez earned the save for Syracuse. Sacramento, at 2-11, is off to a dreadful start in 2061.
