Florida Dismisses Hartford, 2-1

The Florida Men used a great performance from John Bell, who is tied for 9th in the 3AAA in wins with 4, to beat the Hartford Pride, 2-1, at Pride Park. The winner was Bell. He threw 7.1 innings of 4-hit ball. The loser was Roberto Ordóñez. The Men are now 28-18.
Walter Jennings cracked a home run off Roberto Ordóñez in the top of the seventh. His solo blast put the Men on top, 2-1. In all, Jennings had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 3.
"John did a good job of managing their lineup," said Florida manager Caetano Alfena.
