Rocks Get Past Salt Lake City, 8-7
|
The Salt Lake City Buzz got a sterling performance from right fielder Quentin Zacagnini, but the Plymouth Rocks still prevailed, 8-7. Zacagnini was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. After today's action, Plymouth sits at 29-26, while Salt Lake City falls to 27-28.
Onye Paulino was the walk-off hero for Plymouth. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Rocks center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
