Hamilton got a valiant performance from pitcher Martin Roach, but it wasn't enough to beat the Calgary Lynx. Calgary won the game, 5-2. Roach threw 8.2 innings of 4-hit ball for the losing team. Hamilton has now lost 4 consecutive games.

Sang-Seung Yang came through with a big-time hit for Calgary. The pinch hitter smacked a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 4-2. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.
