The first-place Florida Men picked up another win.

The Florida Men stopped the Hialeah Dodos, 7-4, at Psychos Ballpark. The Men got a big game from Munoto Kodo, who went 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Florida leads the Menard's AAA by 6½ games.

The Dodos had been locked in a 4-4 tie with the Men going into the bottom of the sixth inning. That changed quickly when the 28-year old third baseman Kevin Swanson came to the plate. Swanson hit a 3-run home run on a 0-1 sinker from Hialeah hurler Dean Bradley. It was Swanson's 2nd home run of the year.

"They had a good approach," Hialeah skipper Billy Strauss said of the opposition. "Hats off to them."
